To submit servers or post community reviews, you must authenticate through a verified Discord account. You are solely responsible for all actions conducted under your account.

2. Server Listings & Moderation

All submitted listings enter a pending moderation queue. ServerScout reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, or terminate any listing at any time, for any reason, including failure to adhere to our Community Guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property

ServerScout logos, designs, and original codebase are the property of ServerScout. Discord is a registered trademark of Discord Inc. ServerScout claims no ownership over third-party server names, icons, or trade dress displayed for indexing purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ServerScout is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted operation.
